We're not here to save the world. We're here to notice it.
We make books about small things with big echoes—ordinary lives, complex moments, stuff that doesn’t get screen time but still shapes us. We don’t do stories with clean edges or perfect arcs. We’re more interested in the in-between, the stuff people skip over when they want something heroic.
Art and science live next to each other here. So do softness and anger. So does poetry and programming.
We write and draw what we need to see. Sometimes that means showing the harm. Sometimes that means showing the way through.
If that’s what you’re looking for—welcome.

The Zook and the Yuke
A poetic picture book about a scientist and an artist trying to understand each other without turning into each other. It’s short. It’s strange. It’s soft in places and sharp in others. Meant for grownups, but kids might like it too.
